We at Alligator Park were the owners of a 10 acre parcel of land adjacent to our property at 6400 Taylor Road. In 2005, we sold the property to the Berson Group, the developers of the Taylor Center. BUZZ Berson and Magnus Karlstedt entered into oral and written agreements with our Board of Directors and have always met or exceeded their obligations to Alligator Park.

We have found that Magnus Karlstedt, the general contractor in charge at the 10 acre site, performed all the work in a very professional manner and always met or exceeded what was expected by the residents and the Board of Directors of Alligator Park. He has worked to keep us informed about the project and has been responsive to any questions or issues that have arisen. The construction process was scheduled and directed so as to have the least impact on us as possible.

In final comment, I as President of the Board of Directors of Alligator Park would highly recommend Magnus Karlstedt and MK Construction. The quality of work performed will be above expectation and will be done to meet or exceed all county codes and requirements, and every effort will be made to satisfy the customer."
