Magnus Karlstedt – Owner/President
Mr.
Karlstedt received a Engineering degree from Helsinki, Finland in
1991 with specialty in HVAC and Mechanical and is a member of
The American
Institute of Architects. He
received the title of Euro Engineer in 2003 which is the equivalent
of P E in the U. S. In all of Europe, only 27,192 have
received this title. He has over 20 years of experience in
construction, designing and project management. Mr. Karlstedt's
extensive background in engineering defines immense design and
construction management processes which result in dependable on-time
completion that stays within budget.

Ed Borowski – Field Supervisor
Mr. Borowski is a Project Manager with over 20 years experience in Commercial/Industrial
Development and Construction. Excellent in Customer Relations
for Design Build Projects. Experienced in Developing Project
Schedules and Schedule of Values. Mr. Borowski is knowledgeable in all phases
of construction and has specialty in Medical, Dental and Veterinarian
construction.
Carlos E Urzola, - Director of Business Development
Urzola's background consists of many years of domestic and
international experience in the field of architecture. He has a
wide range of experience in residential, commercial and
educational project management. He is able to lead the firm’s
client account development and service efforts, proposals,
marketing, and other business development initiatives. He is an
active AIA member and starting an exciting new journey in AIA
leadership as the 2009 president of the AIA Florida Southwest
chapter as well a current member of the Lee County Hispanic
Affairs Advisory Board Committee and the Lee County Equal
Opportunity Board. Urzola holds a Master of Construction
Management from Escuela Administracion de Negocios and a
Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano,
both located in Cartagena, Colombia.
Ovidio Lemus – Office Manager
Has worked
in the construction industry for 5 years in both residential
construction and commercial projects. Educated with a degree in
Information Technology in Computer Network Systems from ITT-Tech
Jacksonville, Florida. His education and experience are utilized in
construction industry to better improve the company's technical and
organization qualities. Current responsibilities include acting as
the primary contact for the city, county, state and utility review
departments for developments orders and building permits. Also works
with the estimating department gathering pricing for project budget
costs. Recently he received his Certified Building Contractors
License for Florida.
