6210 Scott Street, Punta Gorda, FL

MHK Development, LLC came to our offices and hired us to complete a 18,000 sqft building in Punta Gorda, FL. This was a full turnkey project from the pre construction design and site development to building and the built-out of 13 offices. Individual units come with all mechanical and electrical features including finished drop ceilings. MK Construction was involved in the pre construction design to the finish construction. This project brought some obstacles to overcome to due to Hurricane Charlie. During construction the storm brought high velocity winds that damaged the building exterior and interior. However MK Construction was able to overcome these obstacles and finish the project on time.
