Gulf Coast Medical Park is a planned medical park consisting of
four separate buildings comprising 54,000 square feet. This
medical park directly adjoins the new Gulf Coast Hospital, which
will feature four-stories containing 400 private-patient rooms
and 22 operating rooms, to the west of the parcel. The hospital
and the medical park will share a driveway to connect them for
travel between the two. The buildings are laid out with two, one
story, 10,000 square foot buildings on the north side of the
parcel and two, two story, 17,000 square foot buildings on the
south side of the parcel.
This full development project will also consist of interior
medical offices fully built out. One - 10,000
square-foot-building will be dedicated to the Lee Memorial
Health System – Wound Care Center – with hyperbaric chamber.
The other 10,000 square-foot-building will house a pediatrician
and colorectal specialist.
MK Construction located the site, helped sell the project to 98%
capacity, provided full design services and executed the
construction.
