Enzymedica is the leading experts in enzymes and research development of enzyme products. This client came to us to construct a new office and warehouse building for there ever growing company. In 2006 we finished pre-engineered steel buildings complete with built-out offices and warehouse space for their shipping and production equipment. The 14,000 sqft buildings were complete turnkey turned over on time and within budget. The site was fully developed 52,272 sqft property that included utilities, septic and parking. This client has grown leaps and bounds and will soon be building a larger facility for their production and shipping demands. This project brought different challenges but all were resolved and complete in a professional manner. This project also withheld the challenges of Hurricane Charley but were all resolved.
