Development is a heart and vascular facility located in Punta Gorda,
FL. This client came to us to finish the built out in an existing
building. The key of this project was to turn it over in the specified
construction time frame. The built-out consisted of 10,465 sqft with
29 private exam rooms, waiting area and doctor’s offices. Our goal
in the construction schedule was to complete this project in 90 days
which we achieved. The client was happy to have the finished product
available.
