Carbonell Medical Facility

Due to a fall out with a larger Consulting Construction firm Dr. Mario Carbonell contacted MK Construction to build a new Medical Office for his practice. His practice was growing and needed a new medical office to expand. The building footprint was placed in the middle of several Utilities easement and this brought a challenge to our design team. A 5,782 sqft building was constructed with the Doctors personal design and water features in mind. A new budget was created with a 30% cost saving from the previous budget. 

This project included full site development with utilities and drainage. The project consisted of 6 exam room and testing facilities.  Dr. Mario Carbonell specializes in Internal and Geriatric Medicine in Port Charlotte, FL. This project was a complete turnkey operation which included pre construction design and site modification. This project brought several challenges but all were met in a proficient manner.
